Sales were held on Saturdays and mostly sold cattle and a few sheep.

Later, Fred sold the barn to a man from Delta named Knight. Met took over and bought the barn from Gardner and made many improvements.

The Market Grill was added as well as new pens. In Bret and Margo Whittier bought the barn from Met and Lana Johnson.
