So basically to calculate the MACD you need to first subtract the 26 day EMA exponential moving average from the 12 day EMA, then you need to plot a 9 day moving average signal line on top of the MACD on the charts.. Once the MACD crosses above the signal line you can enter a safe Call Trade.
